Reiki can NEVER cause any harm, and is ALWAYS helpful! Men, women, children and animals (pets and farm , zoo, circus, and wild animals, etc.), can receive reiki treatments. This energy healing is a safe, beneficial, natural, healing energy.

Reiki is a form of alternative medicine. It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, which also promotes healing, both physically and emotionally.
What Are the Long Term Benefits of Reiki?
A Lil' Witchy is trained to help you achieve long term benefits of Reiki. One long term benefit is stress and anxiety relief. It is important in today's world, with all the hustle and bustle, and no time to breathe. We forget to take even a few moments for ourselves, to relax and meditate, or have someone else do something kind for us.
Another benefit is pain relief. Regardless of whether chronic, or acute, some of that deep pain can be alleviated by Reiki. Once in pain, the body automatically tenses up, releases toxins, and can even cause anxiety. Reiki will help the body to relax and let go of that energy, also releasing the pain.
The immune system begins to fail when the body feels taxed and overworked. This is exactly what happens when there isn't enough deep sleep. There are toxic amounts of stress and anxiety, the body has felt pain, and especially chronic. Reiki most likely won't fix everything, but it will give the body a fantastic boost.
